WRKY转录因子家族响应农作物元素胁迫的研究进展

摘 要:
WRKY转录因子家族迄今仍是各领域研究的焦点之一, 作为植物体内的一类重要转录因子, 它参与响应了植物多种逆境胁迫反应, 对植物的生长发育具有重要意义。植物在生长过程中难以避免地会遭遇逆境胁迫, 这些胁迫对众多植物尤其是农作物的影响尤为重要。其中, 营养元素胁迫是一种常见的非生物胁迫, 对农作物生长发育影响较大。本文主要介绍了WRKY转录因子家族参与农作物元素胁迫响应的最新研究进展, 旨在为揭示转录因子WRKY调控元素吸收和利用机制的研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:
The WRKY transcription factor family is still one of the focus of research in various felds so far. As an important type of transcription factor in plants, it participates in regulating various stress responses of plants and has important signifcance for plant growth and development. Plants inevitably encounter adversity stress during their growth, and these stresses are particularly important for the impact of many plants, especially crops. Among them, nutrient stress is a common abiotic stress, which has a greater impact on the growth and development of crops. This article mainly introduced the latest research progress of the WRKY transcription factor family involved in the response to crop element stress, and aimed to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the mechanism of transcription factor WRKY regulatory element absorption and utilization.
